We attended the first Deaf Expo this year! It was a brilliant day full of fun, laughter, and good vibes. If you missed it, here's what made it so special.
The community was incredible!
The atmosphere from the moment we walked in was just brilliant. So many amazing people all in one place, all coming together to celebrate the deaf community. It felt warm, welcoming, and full of energy. Days like this remind us how special our community really is.
We met so many new people
One of the best parts of the day was all the new faces we got to meet. We had so many great chats and made some brilliant new connections. It was lovely to meet so many of you in person and we hope to see you all again soon!
The organisations there were fantastic
There were so many great organisations at the expo doing really important work. It was so inspiring to see everything that is happening across the UK to support the deaf community. A huge well done to everyone involved.
Deaf Expo 2026 was a day we won't forget. It was the first of its kind in the UK and we feel so lucky to have been part of it. We can't wait to see what comes next!
